Legal
Terms of Use
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms
These terms cover the website only. Provider accounts, prescriptions, and orders are governed by the agreements and pharmacy laws that apply to them, and nothing here reduces any duty a pharmacy owes to a patient under those laws. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the site, and our Notice of Privacy Practices covers patient health information.
Who this site is for
This site is written for licensed healthcare professionals, medical practices, and telehealth platforms in the United States, and for people applying to work at Camel. You must be at least 18 to use it. If you use the site on behalf of a practice or company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
Not medical advice
The site provides general information about our pharmacy and the preparations we dispense. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to use any medication, and it does not replace the judgment of a prescriber or pharmacist. Using the site does not create a pharmacist-patient or prescriber-patient relationship.
Prescribers are responsible for their own clinical decisions, including whether a medication is appropriate for a patient. Patients should direct questions about their treatment to their prescriber or pharmacist. Do not use this site in an emergency: call 911.
Compounded and commercial products
Camel is a state-licensed pharmacy that compounds medications under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. A compounded medication is prepared for an identified patient on the order of a licensed prescriber.
- Compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.
- We do not represent that a compounded medication is the same as, a generic version of, or interchangeable with any FDA-approved or commercially available drug.
- Products identified on this site as commercial are FDA-approved drugs made by their manufacturers. We dispense them; we do not compound them.
- Nothing on this site is a claim that a medication will produce a particular result. Responses to treatment vary from patient to patient.
Product information and images
Product descriptions on this site are summaries. The label on the dispensed medication and the prescribing information supplied with it take precedence over anything stated here. Strengths, sizes, and availability can change without notice, and a listing is not a promise that a product can be supplied in every state.
Product images are illustrative. They are not photographs of the medication a patient will receive, and the dispensed container, label, and contents may look different.
Pictures of cleanrooms, staff, and shipments on this site are illustrations, as the note at the foot of every page says. They are not photographs of our pharmacy, our team, or an actual order.
Prescriptions and orders
- Every medication listed here is available by prescription only. We dispense only on a valid, patient-specific prescription from a prescriber licensed to write it.
- A listing on this site is not an offer to sell. We may decline or cancel a request, and we dispense only to states where we hold the required license.
- Compounded medications are dispensed against patient-specific prescriptions, not as office stock.
- Pharmacy law does not allow a dispensed prescription to be returned to stock or dispensed again, so we do not accept returns. If a shipment arrives damaged, or you believe something was dispensed in error, contact us right away.
Using the site
When you use the site, you agree to:
- give accurate information about yourself, your credentials, and your practice;
- keep patient health information out of website forms and ordinary email;
- use the site only for lawful purposes;
- not copy, scrape, or harvest the site's content by automated means;
- not interfere with the site, test its security, or try to reach systems or data you are not authorized to use; and
- not misrepresent who you are or your relationship with us.
We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms.
Ownership and trademarks
The site and its content, including text, design, images, graphics, and the Camel Compounding name and logo, belong to Camel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and print pages for your own professional reference. Any other use needs our written permission.
Other names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean we are affiliated with, or endorsed by, those owners.
Other websites
The site may link to websites run by others. We provide those links for convenience, do not control those sites, and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its content is complete or current.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Camel and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. If you use the site on behalf of a practice or business, you agree to indemnify us against claims that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
These limits apply to the website. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not apply to pharmacy services or to job applications and employment, which are governed by the laws and agreements that apply to them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where the law of your home state gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised, and using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
