Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Camel Compounding LLC (“Camel,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to the forms, email links, and phone numbers on it. The site is written for licensed healthcare professionals, practices, and telehealth platforms that work with our pharmacy, and for people applying to work here.

It does not describe how we handle the health information of patients whose prescriptions we fill. That is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, and the Notice controls if the two ever differ.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Provider applications. Your name, credentials, NPI number, practice or organization, email address, phone number, state, the therapies you are interested in, your estimated monthly prescription volume, and anything you add in the message field.
  • Contact requests. Your name, email address, phone number, the topic you choose, and your message.
  • Job applications. Your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, your Florida license or registration number, your resume, and anything you add in the message field.
  • Calls, emails, and faxes. What you tell us when you reach the pharmacy directly, and the contact details that come with it.

Please do not put patient health information in a website form or an ordinary email. Prescriptions and patient records reach us through e-prescribing, fax, and other channels built for that purpose.

Information from other sources

When we review a provider application or a job application, we check the details against public and professional sources, such as the national NPI registry and state licensing boards.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours is served by a hosting provider whose servers record standard request details: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files requested, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use these records to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not set cookies, and it does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools, or social media pixels. It stores one item in your browser’s session storage to remember that the logo animation has already played. That item holds no personal information, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not track you across other websites, and no other party collects information about your activity over time and across websites through this site. For that reason the site does not change its behavior in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal. If we add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • answer questions and requests;
  • review provider applications, verify licensure and credentials, and set up and manage accounts;
  • review job applications, verify licenses and registrations, and contact applicants;
  • send notices about accounts, orders, service changes, and product recalls;
  • operate, maintain, and protect the website and our systems;
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a pharmacy; and
  • tell you about our products and services, where the law allows and you have not opted out.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing or for advertising that follows you across websites.

We share information in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that work for us, such as website hosting, email, form handling, account and credential verification, payment, delivery, and IT support providers, and our professional advisers. We give them information so they can provide those services to us.
  • Licensing and regulatory bodies. Boards of pharmacy, licensing agencies, and other regulators, to verify credentials or when the law requires it.
  • Legal reasons. To respond to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request; to protect our rights, our staff, or the public; and to investigate fraud or misuse of the site.
  • Business changes. To a successor if the pharmacy is merged, sold, or reorganized, subject to this policy.
  • At your direction. When you ask us to, or agree that we may.

Health information

When we fill a prescription, we hold health information about the patient. How we use, share, and protect that information, and the rights patients have over it, are set out in our Notice of Privacy Practices, not in this policy.

Marketing email

If we send you marketing email, each message will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we need to send about an account, an order, or a safety matter such as a recall.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we have collected about you through this website, and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact details at the end of this policy. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Some information cannot be deleted on request. Pharmacy and prescription records, for example, must be kept for periods set by law. Where state law gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor them, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and longer where the law requires us to keep records or where we need it to resolve a dispute.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet. If the law requires us to notify you of a security incident, we will.

Children

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always on this page.
