- Prepare the formula log sheet from the pharmacist-approved formula, and stop and ask the pharmacist whenever an order departs from it
- Garb and work to procedure, and report any unsanitary condition immediately
- Carry out and record daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and environmental monitoring
- Keep ingredients, supplies, and equipment at par

The work, with or without reasonable accommodation: full cleanroom garb for extended periods and precise, repetitive hand work. No cosmetics, nail products, or exposed jewelry while compounding.
You handle both ends of each order: accurate data entry at the start, then labeling, packing, and shipping on time. Nothing ships before the pharmacist's final check.
Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work.

- Check patient, prescriber, and medication details, and bring any mismatch to the pharmacist
- Generate and apply labels, then pack orders for shipment, including cold-chain orders
- Receive and stock supplies, and clean and maintain equipment on schedule
- Answer providers and patients promptly, and hand new or changed prescription orders, counseling, and clinical questions to the pharmacist
- Keep patient information confidential
